Why some people no need to do anythings but they can get the marks same with the other people. Actually i feel that lecture need to give a list for the leader, after that the leader list down the members who got do their work and also who did1nt do their work. After this lecture can give different marks for all people, like the people got do the works get the higher marks than other people. It will be fair for the all people.
