Did you ever heard about the queuing model? I’ve assignment about that, queuing model. Last week my lecturer, Pn. Yazmin gave the task during lecturer hour. Due date for this task will be this week. Arghh… I’ve no idea about that. Thursday, my course mate and I have been collecting the data at café. Actually, we have to solve the problem about service time (time taking to serve each customer) and also arrival rate. We also need to study about the queuing model from the literature review. There are a lot of customer behaviors. Here the picture that I’ve took during taking the data.
