Hello everyone, for this article I want to talk about my family that I very love. Firstly, I want to talk about my father, my father work as a low government officer in Kuantan. He always works very hard to make our life comfortable. I was so respect to him because with his old, 50 years old, he still can do his job with a full commitment. He always said to me that I must study hard to changing our life and make my family always happy. My mother is a full time housewife and in the same time she has her own business. My mother is 45 years old in this year and still can work hard for our family. Even though she’s doing two jobs in the same time she still can manage all my sister. I have 3 sisters and I’m just the only one boy in my siblings like I’ve been said before this. My eldest sister now 17 years old, the third is 15 years old and the youngest one is 8 years old. Lastly, I want to say that I really love my family and I know everyone love their family. That’s all for now and thank you.

Why I’m taking Foundation English Subject?

If you all want to know why I’m taking Foundation English class in this 2nd sem is because I got band 2 in MUET. My knowledge in English is not very well and now I’m trying my best to be expert and good in English. So, it can make me easily to speak in English, writing, or to understanding English very well. I’m proud to learn an English eventhough I must taking foundation all time. For me, even If it maybe take a time but I will survive and want to taking part in English. I will study hard and struggle to make my English perfect. Nothing is easy in this world except if we try to make it easy. Thats all from me and thank you.

Before Pilihan Raya Kampus (PRK) is going on, all of the candidate get to close to their voters and make a sweet promise like taking care of students affairs, about students scholarship and other else but after students vote their candidate and their candidate won, promise just left promise and all of their promise gone. What kind of this candidate? Honestly, they must complete their promise and not just to get a title “MPP”??? (Majlis Perwakilan Pelajar). This is very upset to me and to all my fellow students who want to have a justice and human right. Not only to become a MPP but voice of us must be present to Management. Students study in University to get a free voice, free thinking and free to make a decision and not to be a clown or to be slave. It will make University not success and can born a chick students in futher. Is that our parents want from us??? Think first before you make a decison to take part or to be the MPP leader. Your mistake will make us mistake forever… Think deeply guys.

Hallo, my name is Ismail. Now in UKM, I’m taking cost Political Science and I 1st year student in degree. In UKM, I’m very lucky and thankfull to GOD because GOD give to me a chance to have a good and smart friend like Hilman, Ariff, Nyah, and others because they all be my lovely friend of mind. Also not forget to my fellow classmate liana, she’s taking history cost now in UKM. Just one thing that I want you to know is, do your job as a leader very well and not to be a puppet. Why I’m very thankfull to GOD is because my friends is very carring and always be with me eventhough in a hard or easy time. Tomorrow back to UKM I very don’t like back because I will very miss my home ha-ha….. When want back UKM first things in my mind is so lazy and tired. I need to sit about 4-5hours reach at puduraya then want take KTM, LRT and UKM bus. This all step make me so tired and very scare to back that moment very hope got people fetch me back UKM. Today my family and I go Ipoh travel one day first we go temple and then go shopping. Whole journey we take about 10 hours actually can back early because my father driving so slow like turtle make all journey spend many times. My house to Ipoh not too far just want take 1hours but my father drive want take 2 hours to reach it.

We eat Thailand food at there so delicious but price got a bit expensive but also can afford to paid it. Why hidayah? Do you want to know who is hidayah? In islam, hidayah means guidline or in malay “petunjuk”. Why I’m talking about hidayah is because “ the night will be the night that I’ll fall for you”…so funny. Actually the truthly why I’m talking about hidayah is, she is a pretty nice friend of mine or in other word "special" friend. I’m very glad to have a friend like her because she is very carring about me, know my heart, loving and others. Asslamualaikum and hello to everyone. Firstly, I want to introduce myself, my full name is Muhammad Ariff Asyrul Bin Adnan. People just called me Ariff or Arip. I’m now studying at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, one of the top universities in Malaysia. I’m taking political science program that is under the School of History, Politics and Strategy and also under the Faculty of Social Science and Humanities.
In my family, I’m the eldest one from my siblings and in that case I must be a good brother to all my sister. My hobby in a free time is I’m always like to reading and doing some recreation activities. I would like to be a lecturer and that is my ambition when I’m still goes to school until now. THE STUDENTS ELECTION

Two weeks ago, one election session has been made to choose a students representative of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. I’ve been participate in that election by helped my friends that be a candidate for a students representative. The scenario when the day of students election campaign starts, I saw that every candidate gave their full commitment to attract the voters to vote for them. I still remembered that all my friends helped each other to make the elections sessions became more fun and we can feel the situation of students election made with a happening situation and also without any radical demonstration from students. The results after 6 days campaign once again we saw the ASPIRASI won the election and GMUKM just won 12 chairs compared to ASPIRASI that won the majority with 21 chairs. That’s all about students election at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.

I still remembered when the time that I got the letter from university, I were very happy because that is my dreams and now the dream is come true. I feel so excited and scared because this is the first time I must stay far from my family. Day by day, I’m feeling nervous because I can’t make any speculate about campus life until I go there. When the registration day, I go to registered at the college with my family and the student that stayed at the college give us as a new student a good service.
Now, I’m at the university waiting to complete my study and I’m now at final semester for my first year at university. I’m feel very happy and comfortable study at university because here I got many friends and all my lecturer that teaching me are very kind and friendly. That’s why I feel very happy and one day I will grad from my university with an excellent result and hope I will get it. Thank you.

I pity with the kitten then I gave him some milk which I took from our kitchen.He drank and fall asleep.The day after,my father brought a new kitten which were his brother.We gave name to them.The brown one named woffy and his brother Apai.My big brother took Apai to his house in Sungai Petani as his daughters like cat very much.Here in our house Woffy leave without his brother and mother but we love him and take a good care of him till he did not remember his family very often.Today,his age was 1 years and 4 moths.He was big enough but still cute.

STUDENT MOVEMENT -The Semanggi Tragedy

Reminding again the famous student revolution in Indonesia which has been destroyed the Suharto regime. The student movement in Indonesia is the best indicator to measure the student movement in the other country. The student movement in Indonesia has been recognizing as the best student movement and it contribute to the matured of the Indonesian democracy arena. This new reformation era have been started by the political agenda and then become the most famous issue in Indonesia before the falling of Suharto’s Legacy.

The Semanggi Tragedy in Indonesia shows the concerns of Indonesian student in a political agenda in the country. The student power became more powerful after 3 students have been shot in Semanggi Town by TNI (Tentera Nasionalis Indonesia). After the incident happened, thousands of students from every local university in Indonesia came down to demonstrated. The demonstrations and protests which organized by the student has woke up the Indonesian government about the issues of cronyism, nepotism, corruption and abused of power on the Suharto’s Legacy.

THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION COURT

Nowadays, there are many controversial issues about the judicial system. Indirectly, the judicial system becomes the main topic that always interrupts in conversation. One of the issues is about the decision of the court. Sometimes, the decision of the Judiciary system was against the constitution which is the supreme law of the land but the problem can be solved by the establishment of the constitution court because the constitution court as a guardian of the constitution, conduct a judicial review and protect human right.

Firstly, the constitution court will act as a guardian of the constitution. According to Mr Jimly Asshiddiqie, the head of Indonesia’s Constitutional Court, every constitution must be treated as a living document. It is because, every provision that were provided in the constitution must be suitable with the time and modern era. For example, there is certain law that enacted before the independent day and the provision were not suitable enough to be apply during this new era. So, to make sure this matter settle, the constitution court will play their role to review it from time to time. Besides that, the constitution court will play their role to protect the provision in the constitution. It is to make sure that there are no any law that against the constitution as the supreme law of the land. So, any laws that against the constitution must be terminate by the constitution court. Basically, constitution court is the only court that has the ability to drop any legislation or statute that against the constitution. However, the court cannot change the decision made by the lower court because it is under the power of Supreme Court which can hear the appeal cases but the important thing is the court will protect the constitution as the supreme law of the land.

Secondly, the constitution court will act to conduct judicial review. As an organization that give a protection to the constitution, the constitution court will review the cases that against the constitution provision. This is one of the establishment objectives. The court must make sure that all decision makes by lower court hold the right of every individual in order to achieve justice because there are certain law that was not suitable to be implemented today. So, every individual that though their rights have been violated by the court judgment or any other body can complaint the issue at the court. However, the court can only consider the other court judgment if the decision of the court violates the provision in the constitution and the court only can decide regarding the expired of the law. Besides that, the court must also act as an independent body to review all the cases. So, the constitution court should be separated from any influence and the appointment of judges also should be free. This matter only relate to the decision of the court to avoid bias. Constitution court should act as an organization that allocates integrity at the first place. It is the only way to uphold justice and avoid bias in every court decision.

Lastly, constitution court also will protect the human right. In order to protect this matter, the court should uphold all the provision that protect human right in the constitution. In our country, Malaysia, the provision about human right was stated at the article 5 to 13 which mention about the fundamental liberties of every citizen. It is because, there too many complaining from citizen and society about their right. So, constitution court will be a very significant organization to not only to uphold justice but also human right of every single citizen. The court will have to review the cases on human right. It is to make sure that the decision made by the lower court was do not against the constitution provision and against the human right. However, every judgment will only affect the practice of the law in the future and it cannot change the decision that has been made. Besides that, the court should be a place where peoples and citizen come to complaints and seek about their right. It is because, as the court that protects the supreme law in the country, only the constitutional court has a power to protect the human right as the last resolution. All of the action made by the constitution court was basically same which is only to uphold the constitution as the highest law.

As a conclusion, the establishment of the constitution court is very important to create peace and harmonies. It is because, the constitution court will protect all the provision in the constitution to make sure every law is suitable to conduct people before against the law. Every law that enacted by the House and will representing the people vote because they received mandate from the people. The constitution court will act to check and balance if there is a law which against the constitution. Therefore, the court is very important to protect our constitution as the supreme law of the land.

INTERNAL SECURITY ACT 1960 – VIEWED FROM THE LEGAL PERSPECTIVES

Without any doubts, the ISA has become irrelevant and must be abolished. Among other things, below are some of the arguments for the abolishment of the ISA:

The ISA is against the rule of law.
The ISA has outlived its purpose.

¨ THE ISA IS AGAINST THE RULE OF LAW

Rule of Law will only be introduced and implemented as laws which are fair and reasonable, protect and promote human rights, and they must be consistent with the basic principles of democracy. However, the must be a distinction between “rule of law” and “rule by law”. Even though they sound similar, there is a fine line in between.

In the case of the “rule of law”, any law implemented is always fair and reasonable. It conforms to the democratic process and principles, and it protects and promotes fundamental human rights.

“Rule by law”, however, is exactly opposite of what has been mentioned. It implies the practice of bad laws that contravene democratic principles, and they are far from fair and reasonable.

Why the ISA is against the “rule of law”? To put it simply, it violates one of the basic elements of the “rule of law”, that is, “a person is presumed innocent unless proven guilty”. And how does the ISA contradict the “rule of law”? Normally, only when a person is charged in court and found guilty by the judge, can any punishment be imposed on him. If he is not given the opportunity to be heard in court, he is deemed not guilty in law, and he is not liable to any punishment. However, an ISA detainee is never given any fair and open court trial. He might be detained simply because the Home Minister suspects that he is likely to be a threat to the internal security.

¨ THE ISA HAS OUTLIVED ITS PURPOSE

The Internal Security Act 1960 was introduced to replace the Emergency Regulations 1948, which were introduced by the British colonial masters in their combat against the Communist activities. The ISA was meant for continuing the operations to destroyed the armed struggle of the Communist Party of Malaya (CPM). It was in fact wartime legislation which is only meant to be used when the country was at war.

These days, however, the ISA is subject to be abused. Dr Rais Yatim, the former Law Minister of the Prime Minister’s Office, wrote in his thesis for his doctorate to the effect that:

“It is a mockery that whilst the British only resorts to detention without trial during emergency, in Malaysia, such power is being exercised in the daily administration of the country. In the legal justification, our government chooses to use on a long-term basis, this formidable power conferred by the ISA. This, in fact, is solely a strategic policy of decision.”

AGRICULTURAL COUNTRY

Economy is the main focus of every country in order to maintain the stability of government and the harmony on their country. So, many countries prefer to be an industrial nation rather than agricultural because industrial sector can develop the economic growth in a short time. However, in along term period, agricultural sector will be needed more than the industrial sector. The industrial country may have a rapid economic growth but being an agricultural country is better than being an industrial country because agricultural sector is the basic of all industrial sectors, agricultural sector can balance the citizen needs and agricultural sector can develop the other sector in our country.

Firstly, agricultural sector is the basic of all industrial sectors. As we all know, all industry needs raw materials to produce and supply the needs of society. With this material, the industry will produce new things based on the demand from the customers. However, the majority of raw material comes from the agriculture. So, the industrial sectors really need the supply from agricultural sector especially the main raw materials such as rubber and oil palm. Only agricultural sector can provide these materials and make sure the development of industrial sector. The fact is, the industrial sector cannot develop without agricultural sector, which will increase the economic growth of our country. For example, the automobile industry needs rubber to produce tires for the vehicles. The history of industrial revolution proved that industries must be supported by the agricultural sector. For example, this situation occurred when the European countries had to import the raw materials from Asia to support their industries during the industrial revolution. This is because, they do not have agricultural sector that can supply raw materials for their industries. So, we need to be an agricultural country to support the development of industries in our country.

Secondly, agricultural sector can balance the citizen needs in order for greater economic growth. It is because our country would not depend too much on the sources from the other country. When we able to supply all the demand in our own country, we will have lesser reliance on imported goods. For example, if we able to fulfill the demand of cooking oil in our country, we do not have to import the cooking oil from the other countries. Furthermore, our ability to produce raw materials by our own can attract more foreigners to invest in our country. Foreigners could see that our country is a potential country due to our ability to fulfill our domestic demand and also the demand from the international market. As a result, they would be interested to invest in our country to makes profits thus it will stimulate our economic growth. Besides that, we can encourage the currency exchange to enhance the economic development. When we could export our goods to fulfill the international market, the money supply will increase. So, the money supply will encourage the rapid development of our economy.

Lastly, agriculture gives us the chance to curb unemployment problems. It is because agricultural sector can provide many job opportunities. Actually, agricultural sector can develop the other sector that can give benefit to our economic growth. For example, agricultural sector can contribute to develop agritourism sector. So, when there is a new sector, there will be new job opportunities. The new job opportunities will reduce the unemployment rate in our country. Besides that, agricultural sector can be a new attraction to our country due to the development of new sector in our country. Many projects will be planned by the government and private sectors to make profits from this opportunity. As a result, it will provide more job opportunity because all of the project development needs workers or crew to run the entire project. This situation not only will help a rapid growth in our economic development but also contribute a new job opportunities in our country.

As a conclusion, by being an agricultural country we can have many advantages and be better than industrial country. Many problems will occur if we are being an industrial country. By being an agricultural country, we can also develop our country economic and avoid many problems from happening. Specific policies and strategies should be implemented to expedite the transformation of the agriculture sector into a modern, dynamic and competitive sector including with respect to agro-based processing activities and agricultural entrepreneurship development. So, we could have more benefit from the development and it has been prove that being an agricultural country is better than being an industrial country.

Today is my form six class gathering…Wah long time no see all my friends so miss all of them. All my friends become more pretty and handsome just a few months no see only big change already. Beside me this girl is my very close friends she sits beside me when we study form six. Now she studies at UPM take business admin course. Our gathering at so famous place everyone must know that place which is ‘Mc Donald’.Haha....^.^

Yesterday I went many places first I went to my grandmother house. Ha-ha….This photo I take it from my grandmother house garden there are many beautiful flower because my grandmother like to plant flower. From this photo you all can see my grandmother live at so rural place and air at there so clean and fresh compare with city. My grandmother live not far from my house only just spend about 15minutes from my house.

After that I go to temple make prayer to god. My wish for this year hopes all my family healthy and also can get good result for my all test. This temple near to port and got many ferry put at there and very near to Pangkor Island just site ferry about 20minutes can reach.

last place i go is my friends house and we go there sang song. Wah….so terrible things is when I entry my friends house so big her house and got one special room for singing like ‘red box’…so 'cool' her house we all so enjoy at there…

My Class Party

Today is the day forth of the Chinese New Year. Yesterday i had my form four and form five class party and it held at my house. There were many delicious food and we also had barbeque. I'm glad because there were many ex-classmates attended this class gathering. It's good and better than other classes which have less people will present their class party. Yesterday we played games and this made our relationship become closer than before. I'm very happy to have friends like them! I hope our class party will always be the best in the future year and our friendship will keep good forever.

HELP ME..! can anyone help me diet...?

I realized that when I dont eat, i gain weight, but when I do eat, I lose weight. Right now I am beginning to love how I look, cuz I was bigger before. I still dont watch what I eat, because I never do stick to it. I eat a few times a day, do sit ups and arm rotations, and I go for a walk late at night, and it helps me a little... I also try to avoid fast food, especially mcd & KFC...

On 18th Jan,AJL was held at Stadium Putra B.Jalil..wow...It seems like it is the best AJL that was organized by TV3..When the result was announced,i'm so happy because Faizal Tahir and Meet Uncle Hussein was won!!!...they were very talented and creative when they performing their show..So i hope many other indie bands can also take part in this competition...Estranged,Elyana,Spider also was great..!ooo,by the way,since Rihanna will performs at KL on February,so, do you agree that she should make her concert??.. from me,Iqhbal A125425

Hello everybody..!!!I'm Iqhbal.It is holiday now and the second day of Chinese New Year..So,happy Chinese New Year..Since it is holiday now,so i have many assignments to do!!..huhu..I also have a report to do.Means that, in this holiday, i spend a lot of time to do this work..Actually,i have plan to watch an interesting movie..But,it is like that i can not go for it because of my assignments...!Besides,i would like to share my opinion about tennis espacially in "Australia Open"..Until now,there are many surprised that had happen..Andy Murray,Jelena Jankovic,Venus Williams was lost in this competition..And i can not predict who will in the final soon because it seems to be harder..hoho..But i hope Nadal and Dinara Safira can win this grand slam..haha..ok now i want to continue my work back....see you soon..

Recently, our country had done a big project about sport, that is 14th Asean University Games in Kuala Lumpur. That was start from 11th December until 21st December. I was one of volunteer in this game. There have 10 country joined this games, include Timor Leste but Mynmar had not join because crisis in their country. In the games, I was a Liaison Officer for Thailand’s Head of Deligation. Its may be because I can speak Thai language fluently, so I have to do this job. Many interesting thing I experience that I got, I’ll tell all of you later..

Hi..everyone me again. Tomorrow Chinese New Year today our traditional 'makan besar'with our family. Today my family less one people because my brother no back home. He study at UMS so far from hometown need site aeroplane back home. So he don’t want back and also because many things to do at there and this semester will be last semester for him. He will graduate this year as a 'Science of education' major in physics and minor in mathematic. So today eat with my grandmother , parents, sister and my second brother me youngest at home. After eating we all start to clean house because tomorrow can’t sweep floor. According our tradition Chinese New Year first day sweep floor will sweep all our wealthy so will become poor. Hi everyone, first I'd just like to say this is my first time posting blog for our blog program… huhu…

It seems as if the only time I keep up with the 'cutting edge'/current technology is when I build a new system, so it has been a little while since I have priced and compared parts. Ive spent about 3 days putting it together and finding the best prices etc… Initially my price range is negotiable, but between RM5k-7k. Now I build this rig over my limit, it cost RM7.5k.

I am looking for a gaming system that won't need upgrading for quite some time. Im building my 2nd gaming pc, it's been about 2 years so heh... Theatre In Myself... And Happy Holiday..

hello..i wrote again...because i have too...haha..I am Iqhbal...and I would like to share about my latest world..huhuhu..at UKM,I am involve in theatre under 'Kelab Teater Rimba'..wow..there are a lot of knowledge and experience that i get from it..guess what..for the last semester,we go to the many places such as 'Sungai Congkak',Istana Budaya for watching theatre from Iran and Indonesia,PICC during Malaysia Film Festival..I was really enjoy there..And recently,we also go to ASWARA to see the theatre that performed by students of ASWARA..We also had performed our theatre at Panggung Seni during our practical exam..It was a good experience for me...okey..since tomorrow we are starting holiday,i want to wish happy holiday AND Happy Chinese New Year..Take care..papai....

In the year 2007/2008

In the year 2007-2008, that time I am study in college Matriculation Labuan. It has two semesters in one year. This is my first time to leave my house and stay in Labuan continues my study. I still remember in first semester result is around 2 pointers something only. That time I’m feeling so sad. So, In second semester I very hard to study. Finally, I get a good result in second semesters. I feel very happy at that time.

Last semester she lives in Campus Tun Hussien Onn. Because she no really active to join the activity campus. So she can’t continue live there. She is very nice. Sometime, she outing and she will buy some food to me.
